Free shipping is valid on all orders over $75 from HushPuppies.com, delivering to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Purchase of taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Some promotions may preclude a free shipping offer. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order. Regular shipping rates apply for orders seeking expedited shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • HushPuppies.com is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.  
  • All Colorado residents are subject to a non-refundable $0.27 delivery fee per order. Fee is included in tax calculation in checkout and on order confirmation.  
  • The sales tax applied to your order will be the applicable state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to or fulfilled from. For example, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to another state.
Shipping Options and Timing

HushPuppies.com packages are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from New Jersey. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Delivery costs and arrival dates will vary, depending on where packages are being delivered.

To meet our customers' needs, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard (4-7 business days): $7.95 or Free for orders over $75  
  • 2 Day Select (2 business days): $14.95  
  • Next Day Air (1 business day): $24.95

Hush Puppies ships orders within the contiguous United States.

Hush Puppies does not ship to the following:

  • International Addresses  
  • Military Addresses
  • Guam/Virgin Islands or other US Territories

For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud. To avoid delays in order processing, please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But if you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve got you covered. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

Returns to Our Warehouse

If you wish to return your item, you may start your return here.

Please allow 15 days for the return to be received and processed by our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed and closed. Please note that a one-time $7.95 return fee will be deducted from your return.

Returns sent to Hush Puppies without a RMA will significantly delay processing time. Hush Puppies will not issue refunds for packages that cannot be tracked and cannot be located in our warehouse.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your item and reorder. Once we receive your item at our warehouse, a refund will be issued. You can then place a new order for the style, size or color you want. We cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available when you place your new order.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return you can expect a refund within 15 days. You will receive an automated email once your return is processed and closed. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us.

Final Sale

Swimwear and clearance items marked Final Sale or ending in $0.97 price point are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Third-Party Merchandise

Hush Puppies accepts returns only for merchandise purchased at HushPuppies.com. Hush Puppies does not offer repair services or replacement parts.

Refunds

Once your return is received, you can expect a refund within 15 days. You will receive an email when your return is processed and closed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for damaged or worn merchandise. Please notify us if you received a damaged item immediately so that we can further assist you.
