Why is my order not going through?

If you are unable to continue in checkout, you are receiving an error message, or nothing happens when you select "Place Order", there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address.

• Check that your billing address matches what your bank has on file with your card. If you recently moved, try entering your old address.
• Make sure your billing name and billing address are precise and in the proper format. In the billing address field, enter your name exactly as it appears on your card and make sure any suite/unit information is on the second field.
• If you are using a browser's auto-fill to enter in information, try removing this feature and entering it in manually

If there are no issues with your billing address, you can try refreshing the page or use a different web browser. We suggest creating an account before checking out. Also, please make sure the item(s) you are ordering are still in stock.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can not cancel or modify an order once it has been placed, as processing begins immediately.

What if something is wrong with my order?

What does “Final Sale” mean?

“Final Sale” means the specified merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

All swimwear and clearance items ending in .97 are final sale, as well as any items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
