I was so excited to get these shoes. They came to me very quickly because I live in michigan haha but was disappointed when I put them on to only find that they did not fit. I have been having a very hard time recently trying to find shoes that fit me. I am a size 11 wide and I'm 20 my feet should not be growing anymore but apparently I must be a size 12 wide now because no 11's anywhere have been fitting me. I don't know if this is due to my feet swelling because I am on my feet most of the time I am at work or if shoe makers have been making shoes smaller, but whatever it is I do like the style of these shoes and I would love to know if they come in a size 12 wide if they do I would love to exchange them if not I will be unfortunately returning them. I already sent an email to customer service about 3 or 4 days ago and haven't gotten an answer.
