I received these sandals in the mail so fast. I love them. They are so comfortable and feel like I have great support when I am wearing them. My daughter even said 'wow, nice shoes'.

Bought these sandals 2 months ago from a department store.. fell in love with the style and comfort and was so excited the last size avaiable was actually mine. They quickly became my favorite pair of sandals, but yesterday the strap that goes between my toes broke, and then i also noticed the other shoes strap was hanging on by just threads. Im very disappointed, I expected that a more expensive, higher quailty brand, would last longer than 2 months. I thought I had finally found a brand that had the perfect combination of comfort and style, but guess I have to continue searching, I'd hate to buy another pair and have the same thing happen.. not a big fan of wasting money.

I bought these sandals at Macys on 7-20-12 I loved them, so comfortable - and got many compliments on the shoes I didn't wear them everday but a couple times a week. About 3 weeks ago, the part that goes between your toes on the left shoe, came apart I cannot wear them anymore The shoes should have lasted a lot longer than 2 months Do I come to you to get a refund or exchange or to Macy's Thank you
